www.ForexAutopilotRobot.com – Stochastic Strategy For Day Trading Stocks & Forex A stochastic shows a stock’s (or any trading instrument) ability to trade in the upper or lower part of its price range relative to the analysis period. Stocks that are in the upper part of the range (above 70) and the lower part of the range (below 30) are exhibiting signs of strength and weakness respectively, in relation to recent performance. This strength or weakness can be exploited by short term traders. While a stochastic reading at these levels (above 70 or below 30) is often considered overbought or oversold, strong stocks will spend more time in the upper half of their range and weak stocks will spend more time in the lower half of their range. This means that we can take advantage of strong or weak stocks at points when they are showing above average strength or weakness. I call this movement a “stochastic follow through”. The Strategy In an up trending stock, buy when the slow stochastic line crosses above the 70 level with the fast line still pointing up. Sell a down trending stock when the slow stochastic line crosses below 30 with the fast line still pointing down. Cover longs when fast line crosses below slow line, and cover shorts when fast line crosses above slow line. The strategy takes advantage of strong (or weak) stocks that are showing signs of accelerating even more in the current upward (downward) direction. The problem with traditional strategies using stochastics …

here is my thematic essay, do i need to make any changes, comments suggestions for me?
theme: movement of peple and goods: trade
task: identify two trade routes and/or trade organizations and for each
- explain one reason for the establishment of the trade route or trade organization
-discuss one positive effect or one negative effect of the trade route or trade organization on a specific nation or region.
Throughout history, trade routes and trade organizations have had enormous impacts on the area under their influence. The effects of trade have been both positive and negative. The Venetian fleets during the high Middle Ages and the European silk roads in the classical era are examples where trade impacted other aspects of society to a significant extent.
Venice’s Mediterranean Merchant fleets had a great ancient influence over the states around the Mediterranean Sea. Venice was originally founded by a group of Italian refugees after the Hans title subjected them to a ferocious dismiss. Settling among the marshy foul lands on the East coast of Italy, they were able to create a city that would control sand and the most important trade routes in the world. For centuries, the Byzantine group had controlled much of the Eastern Mediterranean until the dismissal of Constantinople in the 1200s. The Merchant fleets of Venice were created for a simple reason; to make money. The Venetian fleets traded goods and resources to and from stops in Europe, Italy, Africa, and the eastern shore of the Mediterranean Sea. They began to rise as a trading power. As a result, Venice grew very wealthy and gave Christian Europe a crucial connection to goods being traded on the Silk Route. As a result of the trade routes controlled by Venice, Europe was able to obtain silks, carpets, and ceramics in exchange for iron and wood from Central Europe. Banking and insurance became important. The middle class also began to develop.
The European Renaissance began I this region much sooner than in France or England. Cultural diffusion through contact with Arab cultures brought improved technology by including European and Arab sailing and military techniques. Venice reached its high point in the 13th and 14th centuries. Not all trade routes positively impacted the regions where they subsiided. The Silk Road was an example of this. Founded during the great days of the Han Dynasty, the Silk Road was a lifetime connecting chains with Europe. It was first created as that silk and spices from the Far East could be traded with the Europeans for gold and other resources. Trade along the silk route flourished at certain times and was limited at other times. During the period of Mongol, central trade on the silk route was strong. The Mongols extended the areas along it in the tribute collected. Although this exchange made both regions suffer, by the late Middle Ages, it brought Europe and much of the world to their knees, because not only did goods move along the road, so did disease. The traders and merchants had unwittingly agreed themselves to a certain type of bacteria.
The way the Silk Road spread disease and the way that the Venetian Fleet endured the survival of Europe are examples of how trade affected the regions where they existed in ways, which could not have been anticipated. The positive and negative effects of trade have and always will have a great impact on the course of history.

Day Trading...
Ever since I was a kid I’ve always dreamed of one day creating a game, not for commercial success or anything of that nature – but to simply have it in front of me and go “wow, there she be”
I remember always playing some great classic, and while I enjoyed them – I’d always find myself wishing “what if they did this, or had that, or…”
Then I started getting involved with music, I ended up traveling overseas due to my father’s work. Still on the move, I graduated high school. Went to college and already am in my junior year. Became even MORE involved with my music – where game BGM become a major influence for some of the pieces I’ve written. It came to the point where I did nothing but write music and create artwork for my dream game I still had lingering in the back of my head. Now I’m in my 20′s and I still haven’t made much progress with this idea, other than have a whole library of music and a backdrop of artwork to pull from.
But I’ve no clue where to start. People say to start learning a language. I understand that, but I don’t understand how that goes about into creating the actual game? At least with music I understand the process more – You go through the process of actually writing and creating the music, afterward you track and record, from there you mix, and from there you master the cd. But theres never really been no realy explanation as to what’s involved with game development. People just outright say – learn a language, and get back with us. I can’t really say I appreciate that sorta advice tbh – I like knowing what I have in store for me down the road other than “learn a language”
Learning a language I would think, would be a learning experience even over a lifetime – just as how mixing and mastering music can be a lifetime trade, always learning new things – techniques – etc.
So when i do finally learn a language, what do I do with it?
Do I use the language, to then build a game engine?
Does that engine then use what’s in store, for example layers in sprites, music, sound fx, backgrounds?
Are scripts then entered to this engine?
Do those lists of scripts then packaged to create that one level?
Are your levels then packaged together as an executable file?
Where is all this information??? I understand some of those answers may be right in there in a text while learning a language.
I like knowing there’s some sort of goal waiting at the end of everything. The same with music – I know that my goal is to complete an album, with it being as polished as much as possible. but at least there are milestones in between. I know that I would have to learn about tracking, then working out the technical difficulties with software and hardware. From there I had to learn how to mix, pleasing tonalities, what instruments sit well in a mix – and what frequencies they occupy best – their voicing. It was just a series of smaller steps within the big ones. However I’m only hearing of just the one big step as far as game development’s concerned. Learn a language?!

I was watching on the news how everyone is starting to divide in terms of management of our country; it is so moronic how we are becoming a split nation rather than a whole nation. I Congress could get things together than perhaps we would have a better country.
Some things I think would benefit the country:
-A surge of troops in Afghanistan and immediate fair election processes, not to say ours is perfected but this could be a vital essential in a developing country.
- A health care reform, which should not be rushed in the process, a health care reform for those who can not afford health care, but are working provided by the employer.
- Immediate disqualification for illegal immigrants on government assistance.
- Stricter legislation on governmental programs such as, welfare, section 8.
- All those who are accepting government assistance must work within the government system. Those who are accepting these programs are not eligible to sue the government, nor are they able to take excessive sick days. Programs such as cleaning infrastructure, and trade learning may be available making infrastructure more strengthened rather than crumble.
- More frequent talks of nuclear proliferation, perhaps the United States could sign the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty. Perhaps the United States could disarm its nuclear missile programs and be the leader in nuclear disarmament.
- Stronger terrorism countermeasures, including but not limited to public monitoring. My philosophy is if your doing nothing wrong, than you have nothing to worry about.
- Economic relief for those who are being laid off, perhaps the government can pay employers to not fire employees and instead deduct a day off of the work schedule, and allow the government to pay for the loss of the day to the employee.
- Finger print voting techniques, allowing for a more organized and structured election process.
- A more organized school system structure, incentives for those attending secondary education, such as government grants to those exceeding in courses.
- Stronger illegal immigration control, and a more effective immigration policy. We were founded on immigrants we should continue to welcome them; however we need to have a more structured system in place, because illegal immigration today has had astronomical effects on government spending.
- Two term limit for those in Congress, with the maximum number of years to not exceed 8 years.
All these problems need to be addressed to Congress, however they all have their own agendas.

Perhaps if we had it open for discussion rather than closed door policy we may have a more effective system. Abortion, gay rights, and stem cell research seem to be the ultimate divider between the two parties. Perhaps, if we would make these state issues rather than federal issues we could have more civil cooperation.
My question is why can we not have more cooperation between Republicans and Democrats. Why is it that the Independent party is the weakest and everyone accepting partisan ideas, rather than their own.
And yes – his struggles this year are vastly different than years past.
Truth is, I spend a lot of time here defending Osgood, and most of the time I think he does get a bum rap – he’s a much better goalie than people tend to realize. Never said he was great – never said that – but that he was good and consistent.
That being said, he truly isn’t doing the job this year, and while that could change the day after tomorrow, he’s have a truly bad year. Other goalies have had them – yes, even great (which, again, I am not saying he is) goalies have had them, and you can look back at the stats and the films and see it. But rather than argue about whether he’s good or not, since this year is OBVIOUSLY different from his past years, let’s talk about why.
I thought that one of the reasons he had such a good year in 07-08 was the presence of Hasek. It seemed that Osgood picked up just enough of the Hasek style to augment his own, giving him the best of the flopper and the stand-up techniques. Hasek struggled, Osgood came in. Osgood struggled, Hasek came in.
His confidence is lacking – and for Osgood, that has always been the earmark of a good game. Perhaps after 15 years in the league that shouldn’t be an issue – but it is.
Forget trading and cutting and all the other things that I know some of you want to suggest. Those things are always possible in the hockey business. But for this question, let’s assume he stays a Wing (which he probably will) and that he will be one of the top two goalies. What do you think would be the solution to this issue – if you can answer without insults or smart-aleck replies?
Would bringing Hasek in as assistant goaltending coach be useful? A Grand Rapids stint? Something else?
Osgood will do what he needs to for the team – he always has. he’ll step back if he needs to, accept help, etc. etc –
What do you think?
RedWings: I respect your opinion, but I disagree. The defense hasn’t been as strong, sure – but I don’t think that’s the reason for Ozzie’s issues. He’s playing differently, it’s mechanical, and while that has something to do with confidence, more shots wouldn’t mean a higher percentage of goals. The save percentage is down, and even when he’s faced 40-shot games in past years, the percentage hasn’t risen.
Redwingery19 : Do you really think he’s just coming to the end? It’s possible, but the drop from last year to this year is pretty severe. Usually if it is age the drop is more gradual. It is possible, but I think there’s something else going on. And I agree – the team is doing well – I’m not worried about the year or the playoffs.
Bob – I don’t disagree with you on the confidence thing, it obviously factors in watching him, although after his career and playoff performance last year, it is a surprise. I disagree that he is a career back-up goalie. He has done back-up work more than once – younger behind Vernon (logical), later behind Joseph (which I never got) and later behind Hasek (also logical) but his career has been more start than back-up IMHO. And his numbers have been consistent whether starter or back-up -otherwise I would be right with you on that. Maybe you’re right that he didn’t feel the pressure last season because Hasek was behind his – or he DID feel it and responded, I don’t know. Your arguments have merit, even though I’m not convinced.
What’s the solution? Bowman used to sit guys down and not let them play for a couple weeks – maybe he needs that kind of jolt?
